Snow Day!

We picked up 8 inches overnight and then it snowed all day.  I'm assuming we picked up over a foot at the summit when the updated totals come out in the morning.  That's on top of the 4 inches from Thursday night.

The next storm will move in during the day on Sunday.  This storm is not as strong as the last one but we will pick up more snow since it will be colder and all snow.  The snow should fall heaviest Sunday night into Monday morning with snow showers lingering into Monday night.  Total snowfall by Tuesday morning should be 10-15 inches in the Village, 15-20 inches at the base lodge, and 20-25 inches at the Summit.

Starting Tuesday the storm track shifts back to the North again and we finish the week on a quiet note.  Next weekend and beyond the models diverge with some showing a cold snowy pattern setting in and other showing the ridge off the coast with another prolonged quiet period.

The mountain should be in great shape by Tuesday.  BA
