Hope.....

Last nights 0z Euro as well as yesterday's 12z Euro showed retrogression of the ridge toward 150w by next weekend opening the door to cold and possible storms. This is now 2 model runs showing the change but the GFS is not on board yet. It shows a very weak ridge trying to form around 160w but still keeps the ridge off our coast. Still need to see many more model runs showing the change before we get our hopes up, but it's nice to see the models showing something other than a dry ridge as far as the eye can see. Hopefully the trend continues......BA
