The Snowy Week Continues This Weekend

Northstar picked up another 8 inches as of this morning bringing the 3 day total up to 13 inches. The snow continued to fall all morning and into the afternoon before tapering off piling up a few more inches.

We will have a break Thursday and Friday with warming temperatures up into the 50's by Friday. Then on Saturday a strong cold front will blast in dropping the temperatures a quick dump of snow. We should pick up 4-8 inches at the base and 8-12 inches at the summit by Sunday morning.

Then another break with the sun returning Sunday through Tuesday of next week. The temperatures will also rebound back up into the 50's.

The next system will dig into the West Coast by the middle of next week. This storm does not look that impressive but it will bring the return of colder temps and some snowfall. It looks like the trough could hang around the West Coast with colder temps and snow showers into Easter weekend. BA
