Not much change in the forecast from the past few days. We will have a weak system moving through on Saturday bringing some light snow showers to the mountain Saturday afternoon into Saturday night. Total snowfall looks to only be a dusting up to an inch as the storm is lacking much moisture.
The next storm on Sunday night looks like it will stay off the coast so we will have quiet weather through Monday. The one change in the forecast today is that the 3rd system for Tuesday looks like it could come a bit further South. That could mean a few inches if the trend continues.
We will see a return of quiet weather Wednesday through the end of next week as the ridge int he Pacific begins to shift North towards the Gulf of Alaska. That position could mean a cold trough drops down the West Coast next weekend. The question will then be how much moisture can be drawn in for some snow.
The pattern does look like it will change next weekend but when the snow returns is still in question. I am expecting that it does arrive week 2 if not next weekend. BA
