Snow reporters reported 2 inches this morning and then it snowed all day with several more inches accumulating. We'll have to see where we ended up Wednesday morning. The temperatures got really cold today behind the front.
It will stay cool on Wednesday and then we warm up again through the weekend with highs into the 40's on the mountain. There will be some systems moving by to our North over the weekend so we could see a little wind and some clouds.
Then next week the trough sets up along the West Coast opening the storm door. Right now the forecast models disagree on the timing of the first storm, but it looks like we may see it move in by Tuesday. They also disagree on the strength of the storm but the potential is there for a decent size snowfall event.
There could be more storms through the week as the trough sticks around. We will have to keep watching and tracking the storms this week as next week has the potential to be quite snowy. Stay tuned....BA
